1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and the operator of Fancy A Shot VIP ("we", "us"), the football analysis membership group described on this site. By creating an account or buying a membership you accept these terms. For anything at all, email support@biasedtactics.com.

2. Eligibility and where you live

You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, and legally allowed to gamble there. We may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under age, without refund of any period already used. If you have excluded yourself from gambling, or use a blocking service such as GAMSTOP, please do not buy a membership.

We are based in the United Kingdom and write for a UK audience. Members are welcome from anywhere, but the law on betting and on paid betting analysis differs from country to country, and in some places it is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility, not ours, to check that buying this membership and acting on what we publish is lawful where you are. If it is not, do not join. We do not target, advertise to, or hold any licence in any country outside the United Kingdom, and nothing on this site is an offer to anyone in a country where such an offer would be unlawful.

Odds, markets and bookmakers we mention may be unavailable to you depending on where you live. Any taxes due on winnings in your country are your responsibility.

3. What the membership includes

A VIP membership gives you access to published tips with written analysis, the members' group chat, the public profit and loss ledger, and any additional material described on our pricing page at the time you join. We may change or improve what is included, but we will not materially reduce what you are paying for during a period you have already paid for.

Tips are published as analysis and opinion. Odds quoted are those available at the time of writing and may move before you place a bet. We do not place bets for you and we hold no client money.

4. Not financial or professional advice

We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and nothing we publish is financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to gamble. Past results, including anything shown in our public ledger, are not a reliable indicator of future results. Every betting decision you make is your own.

5. Price, billing and cancellation

Prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT where applicable. Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel. Season memberships are a single payment covering the stated season and do not renew automatically.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Founders pricing, once bought, is honoured at the rate you joined at for as long as your membership runs continuously.

6. Refunds and immediate access

Membership starts the moment you pay: you get the group, the tips and the archive straight away. By joining you expressly ask us to start the service immediately and you accept that, once we have, any statutory cancellation right you have no longer applies to the part of the service you have already received. In the UK and the EU that right is 14 days; if your country gives you a longer or different right, that one applies to you instead.

Time you have already had is not refundable. Tips are delivered the moment they are published and cannot be handed back, for the same reason a newspaper cannot be returned once read, so we do not refund any part of a period you have had access to. If you cancel within those first 14 days, only the unused remainder is returned, and on a monthly membership that will usually be nothing.

Beyond that, we offer our own guarantee, which is more generous than the law requires: if the service is not what you hoped, message us within your first month and we will refund you and buy you a coffee. We do not refund losing bets. A losing bet is an ordinary risk of betting, not a fault in the analysis you paid for.

7. Your account and our content

Your account and group access are personal to you. Do not share your login, and do not republish, resell or forward our tips and written analysis to anyone outside the group. All content we publish remains our intellectual property. We may suspend or close, without refund, any account that shares paid content, abuses other members or disrupts the group.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site and the group available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional downtime for maintenance, or caused by a provider outage, is not a breach of these terms.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, and where that law does not allow a limit like the one above, the limit does not apply to you.

10. Complaints, governing law and your local rights

If something goes wrong, email support@biasedtactics.com and we will respond within 5 working days. Most things are settled quickly this way.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will normally deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, this does not take away rights you have under the law of your own country: you keep the protection of any consumer rules there that cannot be set aside by agreement, and you may be entitled to bring a claim in your local courts.

Wherever a clause in these terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection that applies to you, that protection wins and the rest of these terms continue to apply. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Gamble responsibly
